IQ Test Central respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). 1. Filing a DMCA Notice

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must include the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, or if your address is outside of the United States, the jurisdiction of the federal court in any district in which IQ Test Central may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed or disabled content in accordance with the DMCA.

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the site and/or terminate the accounts of users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

4. Changes to This DMCA Policy

We may update this DMCA policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.
